ASSOCIATIONS

XMcDonald Baseball Association will meet at 6 p.m. Sunday in the senior citizens room at the post office building.

AUXILIARIES

X37th Division Auxiliary will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at John J. Buckley CWV Post 1292, 609 Steel St. Mary Bartholomew will preside, and hostesses will be Virginia Sazlaj and Jen Rapasky.

XDistrict 8 VFW Auxiliary will meet Sunday at VFW 8487 Post, 385 Randolph Road, Mogadore. Breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. will precede registration from 7:30 to noon and the meeting from 10 to 2 p.m. Officers will be elected, and a joint installation with post officers will follow at 1 p.m.

XEagles Auxiliary 3298 will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Carole Weir and Colleen Biroschak will be hostesses.

XGirard K. of C. Auxiliary to Council 2935 will hold an indoor picnic at 7 p.m. Monday at the K. of C. Hall, 122 S. State St.

XMahoning County Council VFW Auxiliary will hold a picnic at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at VFW 3307, 1351 Albert St., Youngstown. Members are asked to take a covered dish and table service.

CLASSES

The craft will be a wall hanging, and members are to take a woven fan, flowers, four yards of wire ribbon, wire and a glue gun.

XQuota Club International of Youngstown will meet at 6 p.m. Monday for dinner in the Park Vista Retirement Center craft room. Installation of officers will be held. Pat Sandy, past district president and member of the Akron club, will be the installing officer.

XWomen's Committee for Children's Concerts will meet at 10 a.m. Monday at Georgeanna Parker Activity Center, Boardman Township Park. Reports will be given, and election of officers also will take place. Checks should be mailed to Joan Komp, hostess, and participants should remember their table service.

FRATERNAL GROUPS

XMcDonald Knights of Columbus will meet at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the K. of C. Hall, Illinois Avenue.

POLITICAL CLUBS

XCanfield Republican Women will hold its annual white elephant auction and picnic at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Baird's Pavilion, Crory Road, Canfield. Members are asked to take a covered dish or dessert, and guests are welcome. Helen Bryan will serve as auctioneer. Susan Huber is chairman of ways and means. RELIGIOUS GROUPS

XCourt St. Ann 1875, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, will meet after the noon Mass Monday at Holy Name Church. Participants should take a covered dish for a picnic. There will be a raffle.

XHoly Name of Jesus Ladies Guild will meet for a picnic lunch at noon Tuesday in the church social hall. Members are asked to take casseroles and desserts.

XSt. Joseph Men's Club, Austintown, will meet at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Lyons Hall.

XA family picnic will be held by the United Methodist Women of Tod Avenue United Methodist Church at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the home of Elena Loomis. Those attending are to take a covered dish and table service. Deborah Circle will be the host group.

SERVICE CLUBS

XGirard-Liberty Kiwanis will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Girard Masonic Temple.

XGirard-Liberty Rotary will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the MetroPlex Centre, Liberty.

XVienna Kiwanis will have a dinner meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Vienna Presbyterian Church, Warren-Sharon Road, Vienna Center.

SINGLES

XD.A.R.E. will bowl at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Boardman Laness; cost is $5. A SFAR dance will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday at the Avalon Inn and Resort, Howland. A board and social meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday at Panera Bread. There will be a walk at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Mill Creek Park; participants should meet at Dr. Shah's, 1026 Boardman-Canfield Road.
