Communi-Tee Night set for Wednesday

VIENNA -- It definitely won't be all golf during the 2001 Giant Eagle LPGA Classic which begins Monday at Squaw Creek Country Club here.

On Wednesday of this week the second annual Communi-Tee Night will be held at the Squaw Creek Country Clubhouse. The event is sponsored by the Northeast Ohio Ford Dealers. Ford is the official vehicles of the Giant Eagle Classic.

The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. and continue to 9:30 and tickets are available for $21. The ticket includes all-day admittance to the tournament, VIP parking, the reception, beverages and a southern-style buffet and a cash bar.

There will also be plenty of entertainment featuring Disco Explosion.

Also tournament week the Giant Eagle Classic Charity Challenge will be presented by the Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation. All week donations are pledged and anyone who donates had a chance to win a set of Titleist golf clubs and bag.
