A federal grand jury in Cleveland has indicted 18 men and women from the New York and Youngstown areas, charging them with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and crack cocaine and using a telephone to facilitate the drug trafficking.

Osment, no age available, Cascade Drive, Youngstown.Edward Pacheco, 35, of Chatham Lane, Youngstown.Christian Polanco, Maria Ramirez and Jose Diaz of New York.
