Cops confiscate marijuana plants

CAMPBELL -- Acting on a tip from a concerned citizen, police found and confiscated 11 marijuana plants growing in five-gallon buckets behind a vacant house at 28 Blackburn St. at 4 p.m. Friday.

The plants, ranging in height from 18 to 36 inches, appeared to have been regularly watered and maintained, police said. No arrests had been made as of Friday evening.
