June 25
Theft: More than $500 worth of equipment was reported stolen from Harvs Cars, 650 W. Main St., including buffing compound, window cleaner, a carpet scrubber and a buffer.
June 24
Drug abuse: Police issued a summons to a man for possession of marijuana at Compass West apartments.
Theft: Police arrested a woman for theft at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damage: Someone threw eggs on a vehicle parked on South Roanoke Avenue.
Criminal damage: Someone used a potted plant to smash the window of a car parked on North Beverly Avenue.
Criminal damage: Someone used a rock to smash the window of a car parked on South Edgehill Avenue.
Criminal damage: Someone smeared ink on the aluminum siding of a home on South Edgehill Avenue.
June 25
Theft: Someone took radio-compact disc player from a car parked on Deer Creek Drive.
Criminal damage: A company truck was damaged at Skelly Foam, 3890 Oakwood Ave.
Theft: Two credit cards were reported stolen from a patron at Motel Six, 5431 Seventy-Six Drive.
June 26
Theft: Someone stole $409 from Country Fair, 1143 Niles-Canfield Road.
Theft: Someone stole an undetermined amount of money from the EconoLodge, 54311/2 Seventy-Six Drive.
Theft from auto: A wheelbarrow was stolen from a residence in the 20 block of North Niles-Canfield Road.
Theft: Police arrested a 37-year-old man for taking items from Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A ladies black wallet was stolen from a vehicle parked at Photo Place, 480 S. Canfield-Niles Road.
Auto theft: A 1992 Oldsmobile Cutlass was stolen from North Meridian Road.
June 27
Burglary: Money was taken from a South Raccoon Road home.
Auto theft: A 1990 Pontiac Grand Prix was stolen from South Main Street.
Criminal damage: Someone used a key to mar the finish of a vehicle parked at Howard Johnson's, 5425 Clarkins Drive.
Theft: A mailbox was stolen from a South Turner Road home.
Theft: Someone took a radio/compact-disc player from a vehicle parked at the Skate Zone, 5420 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Diamond rings were reported stolen from Teleperformance, 100 Westchester Drive.
Attempted burglary: A bathroom window screen was removed in an attempted burglary at South Edghill Avenue.
Criminal damage: Tires were slashed on two vehicles that were parked on North Meridian Road.
June 28
Criminal damage: Someone damaged a 1994 Ford Mustang parked at the Hampton Inn, 880 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
June 29
Theft: A purse was taken from Sammy Maxx, 1722 S. Raccoon Road.
Criminal damage: A vehicle was deliberately scratched while parked on Elm Trace Street.
Burglary: A residence was entered and a wallet stolen from a South Yorkshire Boulevard home.
Criminal damage: Decorative lights were bent at a home on Timberlane Street.
Criminal damage: Tires were cut on a vehicle parked on Fountain Square Drive.
Theft: A black leather purse was stolen from a Mahoning Avenue home.
Criminal damage: Someone damaged the window of a vehicle parked on Cumberland Drive.
June 30
Auto theft: A 1996 Chevrolet Caprice was stolen from South Yorkshire Boulevard.
Theft: Jewelry was stolen from a Rosemont Avenue home.
Theft: Someone stole a license from an Interstate Boulevard home.
Burglary: A television and VCR were stolen from a North Kimberly Avenue home.
Criminal damage: Someone deliberately scratched the finish of a 1996 Volkswagen and a 1997 Pontiac when both vehicles were parked on London Drive.
Auto theft: A 1988 Chevrolet van was stolen from Kirk Road.
Auto theft: A 1991 Chevrolet Caprice was stolen from Highway Tabernacle, 3000 S. Raccoon Road.
