Couple accused of conspiracy and receiving stolen property

PULASKI, Pa. -- Pennsylvania State Police said they arrested a Beaver County couple after finding drug paraphernalia and stolen credit cards on them.
Billy H. Gray Jr., 34, of New Galilee and Tawnya Lynn Bruce, 33, of Beaver Falls are in the Lawrence County Jail. Bond was set at $5,000 each.
Gray and Bruce and two unidentified men were knocking on doors, alleging they had run out of gasoline at 2:48 a.m. Saturday on Lapin Road, near U.S. Route 422. Police said when they arrested Bruce, she had three credit cards belonging to the owner of a stolen car that was found nearby.
Gray had a vial of suspected crack cocaine, a crack pipe and wire mesh used to smoke crack, police said. Both face charges of receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.
Gray also is charged with possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Bruce faces three counts of access device fraud involving the credit cards, police said.
