Carl Zents, 15, above, reacts after being hit by a shaving-cream pie at the Hubbard Bicentennial Celebration at Harding Park. Carl was helping raise money Saturday for the Hubbard High School soccer team. At left, dressed in historical garb, Betsy Thompson, a member of the Hubbard Historical Society, decorates the area near the society's booth. Below, Hubbard resident Marty Thornton cleans his 1935 Ford truck at the antique-vehicle display. The bicentennial festivities continue today with a pancake and sausage breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m., a community church service at 8:30 a.m., games, food and entertainment throughout the day and fireworks at 10 p.m.
