YOUNGSTOWN -- Northeast Ohio Legal Services is seeking volunteers for its VALU Program. Volunteers assist victims of domestic violence with the process of obtaining a civil protection order. Training begins Sept. 17. Those interested should contact the Valu Office at (330) 742-5857.
