SHARON, Pa. -- Police arrested two men accused of breaking into female acquaintances' homes and threatening or striking them.
Both were arraigned Thursday before District Justice James McMahon, who freed them on their own recognizance.
Frank Lawler Jr., 46, of Ravine Place, was picked up at his home at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday on a warrant charging him with making terroristic threats, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
Police said he forced open the locked front door of a woman's home in the 800 block of Ravine Place Saturday and threatened to kill her.
Antonio D. White, 21, of George Street, was picked up at his home around 11 p.m. Wednesday on a warrant charging him with burglary, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
Police said he pushed in a screen door to get into a woman's home in the 100 block of Cedar Avenue on Monday and threw the woman to the floor while she was holding her 7-month-old son.
The child wasn't hurt but the woman was treated at Sharon Regional Health System for head and back injuries, police said.
