Greater Youngstown
A search for two men involved in a robbery and assault near an Austintown bank is the focus of Crime Stoppers of Greater Youngstown this week:
Crime: Robbery outside Key Bank in Austintown.
Site: 1737 S. Raccoon Road at 3:03 p.m. July 30.
Details: A woman got out of her car near the bank entrance and two men in a late 1980s or early 1990s maroon Pontiac Grand Am pulled up beside her, grabbed her money box and assaulted her with a switchblade knife when she resisted. The suspects drove out of the lot and headed east on New Road, south on Edinburgh Drive and east on Ayshire Drive.
Description of subjects: Two white men in their 20s, thin builds, shaved heads and no shirts. One had his eyebrow pierced and is more than 6 feet tall. The Grand Am has some rust, door trim missing on the passenger side, and an old-style Ohio license plate.

Reward: Up to $1,000 is given for information leading to the arrest and indictment of people accused of felonies in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties. An additional $500 is being offered.
