YOUNGSTOWN -- Leslie Lynette Frost, 454 S. Raccoon Road, Austintown, and DeMaine Kitchen, 1427 Hawn St., were united in marriage at 3 p.m. July 21 at Rising Star Baptist Church by the Rev. Terry Bolds.
Afterward a reception at the Brentford House in Hubbard honored the daughter of Gary and Lynette Frost, 525 Coitsville-Hubbard Road, and the son of Donald and Martha Kitchen of the Hawn Street address.
The couple honeymooned on Caribbean cruise and live at 3302 Castralia Ave.
The bride's gown featured long beaded sleeves and a chapel train.
Victorian lilac gowns were worn by Robyn Crosby and Shantel Blackshear, the honor attendants, and the bridesmaids, Trimeca Kitchen, Tiffany Ellis, Lynette Frost, Kelly Singelton, Nicole Davenport and Hanna Coulibaly. Flower girl was Desnia McElroy.
Best man was Chris Stephens, and groomsmen were John Stevens, Timothy Frost, Daniel Frost, Eric Jones, Richard Phillips, Charles Ellis and Kevin Bennett. Ring bearer was Benjamin Frost.
Ushers were DaJuan Ellis, Jonathan Frost, Claude Bentley III and Hugh Frost. Also participating were Kim Washington, Alexis Bogan, Casey Brown, Kim Johnson, and Janeine Taylor.
The bride, a second-grade teacher at Eagle Heights Academy, graduated from Mount Union College with a bachelor's degree in elementary education.
The groom has a degree in business from Youngstown State University and is a youth administrator at Rising Star Baptist Church.
