YOUNGSTOWN -- Mr. and Mrs. A. Robert Babinchak, 1794 Lancaster Drive, are being honored by their family as they celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary today at a gathering at their home.
Arrangements were made by their daughters and sons-in-law, Tami and Martin Kielbasa and Lesa and Rocco DeMart, all of Austintown. There are also seven grandchildren in the family.
The former Grace Gunter and Mr. Babinchak were united in marriage Aug. 19, 1961, at Christ Church Presbyterian where they are members.
Mrs. Babinchak is a secretary for Mahoning Valley Sanitary District in Mineral Ridge.
Mr. Babinchak served with the U.S. Navy and retired in 1999 from General Motors Corp. in Lordstown.
