WARREN -- Second National Bank has named Brenda L. Boucher and Jens U. Mayer vice presidents. Boucher is trust operations manager. She has a degree in legal assisting from ETI Technical College and an associate degree in computer technology from Kent State University. Mayer is manager of the credit department. He is a graduate of Christian-Albrechts University in Keil, Germany and has a master's degree in business administration from Ohio University.
HUBBARD -- Jeffrey J. Ameen, a Hubbard native, has been named an associate in the information services division at UBS/Paine Webber at the company's U.S. headquarters in Weehawken, N.J. He will be specializing in retail trading and underwriting. A 1996 graduate of Ursuline High School, he has a bachelor's degree in management information systems from Miami University of Ohio.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Akron General Medical Center has named Donna DeFrank its director of nursing/patient services. DeFrank, a registered nurse, had been manager of educational services for Forum Health in Youngstown. She has a bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University and a master's degree in nursing from the University of Akron.
LAKE MILTON -- Dr. Barry Morris and Dr. Andrew Pomazal have joined the staffs of the Cortland Clinic and the Lake Milton Family Health Center. The doctors are joining chiropractic physician Dr. Thomas Montgomery in the practice.
Dr. Pomazal, an internal medicine and family practice specialist, earned his bachelor's degree from Southern Oregon State College, his doctor of chiropractic degree from Western States Chiropractic College and his doctor of osteopathy degree from the The University of New England, College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has been practicing at Salem Community Hospital.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Schwebel Baking Co. has promoted Michael Elenz to vice president. Formerly plant manager at the company's Youngstown facility, Elenz is a Youngstown native and lives in Columbiana. He attended Cardinal Mooney High School, Youngstown State University and the American Institute of Baking in Manhattan, Kan. He is a U.S. Marine Corp. veteran and served in the Vietnam War.
BOARDMAN -- Hill, Barth & amp; King LLC, certified public accountants and business consultants, have hired Melanie Sue Usis as a staff accountant in the tax department of the Boardman office.
