NITRO-PATERNO-Burning Down the House

Ignorance no excuse for Joe Paterno
I don't know EXACTLY what to do if I see my neighbor's house on fire , but I do know ONE thing- if I tell someone to call the ambulance and 911 and no one shows, I need to do more...maybe call the police,911, the fire department and ambulance MYSELF !
Not JoePa. After all, he didn't want to damage his legacy, and then there's +THE PENN STATE PROGRAMME. So what if we sacrifice a bunch of kids to the perverted sexual appetite of Jerry Sandusky...what's more important???? Obviously to Joe Paterno, it was his legacy and THE PROGRAMME !
...and Bob(Judge)Douglas???? The obvious probation violation of Steve Croley was unimportant to him. The FACT that Concentration Camp Croley's probation violation was of NO interest to Bob Douglas, as was the Mahoning County Criminal Justice Working Group. After all, why should Bob Douglas care about justice? Does Bob Douglas care that a Youngstown probation officer NEVER followed up on the MANY calls and letters regarding Croley's probation violations?? Why should he when retirement is OH,SO CLOSE? Maybe because justice isn't on the menu in Bob's court. Bob never seemed to care much for the 'goings on' of the former Mahoning County Criminal Justice Working Group. Why should he care now?
Well, Bob, you're in a leadership position...you probably should have left a long time ago, seeing that justice doesn't interest you. Seeing that that failure of a probation officer is of no interest to you.
Folks, would Bob Douglas or (when alive)Joe Paterno have called 911 if YOUR house was next door to them and on fire???? I doubt it. They prefer the 'pass the buck' so it's 'someone else's problem' philosophy. A philosophy that does NOT serve the public, but serves their self interest
On the menu for Joe Paterno was HIS legacy, one that's now tainted by JoePa's INaction, as is Bob Douglas' legacy. Joe's time to fix his has ran out. Bob Douglas still has time...in the mean while, the 'houses' burn down. If Bob Douglas had any decency left, he'd speak out about the gaping hole in the Youngstown Probation Department, and the LACK of effective tools to prosecute horrific violations of OBVIOUS cruelty.
My guess is that Bob will look down at his shoes....and remain silent , as the houses burn down.

And not only will Douglas look down at his shoes, but the people of YOUNGSTOWN will look down at THEIR shoes and remain silent, because they will once again, DO NOTHING TO CHANGE things.
How much longer does this have to continue before YOU DO SOMETHING, Youngstown? How much WORSE will it have to get?
When is enough finally ENOUGH?

Paterno rightfully died a mentally tormented man, because he knew Almighty God wouldn't let him off the hook so easily.
The entire truth will surface at Penn State about how Joe Paterno was powerfully, and personally responsible for the child sex abuse cover up.
And although the masses of absurd and pathetic Paterno worshipers will no doubt have a difficult time believing the entire truth, they will eventually automatically find themselves having no choice but accepting the reality of what Paterno really was, which included being a self serving coward.
