Description: <p>The Arms Family Museum in Youngstown Ohio is sparklingfor the holiday season!&nbsp;&nbsp; Memories of Christmas Past, the annual holiday spectacular, is in its ninth year in the 1905 Arts &amp; Crafts mansion of Olive and Wilford Arms, and the home of the Mahoning Valley Historical Society.&nbsp; The seven period rooms of the Arms Family home are filled to the brim with rare, one-of-a-kind, vintage decorations that include ornaments, lighting, trees, and toys.&nbsp; This display features many pieces from the Historical Society&#39;s collection as well as items on loan from private collectors.<br /> &nbsp;Memories of Christmas Past opens on Saturday, November 19, and runs through January 8, 2017.&nbsp; Hours for the museum are Tuesday-Sunday, Noon to 4:00 p.m.; and Thursdays Noon to 7:00 p.m.&nbsp; The Museum is closed on Mondays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.<br /> &nbsp;Admission for the exhibit is $7 for adults, $6 for Senior Citizens; and $5 for Children ages 3-18 (under 3 free).&nbsp; Proceeds from the event help fund the educational and exhibit programs sponsored by the Mahoning Valley Historical Society.&nbsp; Visitors on opening weekend, Saturday &amp; Sunday November 19 and 20, can bring canned goods and will receive 1/2 price admission. Canned goods will be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank in support of WFMJ&#39;s Project Feed our Valley.</p>

Description: <p>In the spirit of the season, Grove City College&rsquo;s Carnegie Alumni Center welcomes the community to a weeklong series of lunchtime holiday concerts the week of Dec. 5 to 9, 2016.</p> <p>The annual tradition features talented Grove City College student singers and musicians offering musical Christmas presents to the greater Grove City community.</p> <p>Concerts are held from 12:15 to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. The schedule features:</p> <p>Monday, Dec. 5 &ndash; Voice students<br /> Tuesday, Dec. 6 &ndash;Harpist, Grove City College Singers and String Quartet<br /> Wednesday, Dec. 7 &ndash;Horn ensemble, Flute Choir and Trombone Choir<br /> Thursday, Dec. 8 &ndash;Clarinet Quartet, Cantita and Trumpet Choir<br /> Friday, Dec. 9 &ndash; Jazz Combo, Gallery Brass and Touring Choir<br /> Carnegie Alumni Center is located at the corner of South Broad and East Main streets in Grove City, Pa. It was built in 1901 as a part of Andrew Carnegie&rsquo;s free library project. Over the past 100 years, the building has served as a library, theater, gymnasium and location for ROTC functions.
