Where’s this go?
At Trumbull Country Club’s tough No. 10 hole, the sharp dogleg fairway and the shape of the treeline leaves you pondering one question:
Where’s this hole go?
The left dogleg seemingly disappears into assorted evergreens and other mature trees. Aiming for tree-tops gets you off the tee, but distance is key so as to avoid going through the turn.
An upslope not only grinds down drives, but it also blocks some views to the green for second shots. You’re in the clear if you’re hitting 280 yards.
The green has some good back-to-front movement, but otherwise is generous for those who find their way there in two shots.
