Scouting report: Mount Union has won the last 27 games against Otterbein. Both teams didn't play last week after winning season openers Sept. 2. The Purple Raiders rolled to a 64-7 win over Averett (Va.), while the Cardinals defeated Defiance, 25-13.

Senior CB Cory Walsh of W&J was named PAC Defensive Player of the Week with 12 total tackles, including a game-high seven solo stops, while adding three pass breakups and an interception return for a touchdown. Lacek set a school record last Saturday when he recorded four quarterback sacks in The Rock's 27-22 win at Millersville. He finished the game with eight total tackles and 5.5 tackles for loss. Last week's sacks raised Lacek's career total to 16 and moved him halfway towards the career record of 32 set by Matt Kinsinger (1993-96). Last year, Lacek led the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference and ranked fourth nationally in QB sacks with 12 in 10 games. Mansfield, meanwhile, lost its opener last week to Shippensburg, 35-0.
