LORDSTOWN American Way Manufacturing has moved its manufacturing and headquarters offices into a new, 50,000-square-foot building in Lordstown. The company, which moved from North Jackson, plans to create 31 jobs.
American Way, which employs about 25, has quadrupled since it was founded in 1995 by Robert Platt. The company produces railing and decking products from metal and plastics.
Small-business seminar
will focus on loans
YOUNGSTOWN The U.S. Small Business Administration will hold a seminar on loans for small businesses from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the Ohio Small Business Development Center, 241 Federal Plaza West. The seminar is designed for entrepeneurs interested in starting or expanding businesses. To register, call (330) 746-3350.
