Eli Wahl has been named executive chef at Sharon Country Club. He had been executive sous chef at Fox Chapel Golf Club in Pittsburgh. He earned an associate degree from the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts.

SALES

Stacey Willis of Canfield has joined Market Day Gourmet as a consultant for the direct-seller of gourmet foods, spices and kitchen accessories.

DEVELOPMENT

The Youngstown Central Area Community Improvement Corp. named Jan J. Seidler its executive director. Seidler will be responsible for developing and managing an economic revitalization program for downtown Youngstown. He had been Forum Health's Post Acute Services Companies sales director. He has a bachelor's degree in education from Youngstown State University and a master's degree in community health education from Kent State University.

HEALTH CARE

Susan Hart has been promoted to assistant branch manager of Cambridge Home Health Care's Warren office. She had been scheduling supervisor. Also, Linnise Bronson has been promoted from home health aide to billing and payroll specialist at the same office.

FINANCE

Home Savings and Loan Co. has hired Zachary Wood as a loan originator. He had been employed by Loan Star Mortgage. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Akron and an associate's degree from Columbus State Community College.

Edward J. Ross, formerly of Liberty, has been promoted by Wells Fargo Financial to district manager in Knoxville, Tenn. He had been a branch manager in Columbus. He is a 1996 graduate of Ursuline High School and earned a bachelor's degree in business from Youngstown State University.
