Aim NationaLease in Girard has promoted Paul Slater of Boardman to corporate treasurer. He had been corporate controller for six years.

FINANCE

National City Mortgage has hired Jay Wlodarski of Hubbard as a residential mortgage consultant. He had been a mortgage loan originator for Sky Bank and a branch sales manager for First Place Bank. He received a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University.

Home Savings and Loan Co. promoted Joseph Johnson to vice president, credit administration; Richard Swerbinsky to vice president, secondary market; and Todd Urmson to vice president, construction loan originator. Johnson had been assistant vice president and asset quality officer. Swerbinsky had been secondary market manager. Urmson has been with Home Savings since 2001 and is a graduate of Kent State University.

Daniel Burley has joined the Youngstown office of the Davis & Young law firm as an associate attorney. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
