From a team standpoint, the Wellsville Tigers have no weaknesses. Head coach Dave Skinner said the group has good chemistry and works well together on the field. The team will return 11 letterwinners, and five starters on both offense and defense. But the team has a senior class of only six, and general inexperience will be a major hurdle, Skinner said. The team has a very simple outlook: go 1-0 every week. The team went 1-0 seven times last year, and Skinner said a lot has to fall into place to better that mark. But the team is gearing up and focusing on a strong season.
